Event Cancellation Policy

cMoe Events:

cMoe will make every effort to hold events as scheduled. However, in the case of emergency cancellations due to severe weather, government mandates, facility emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that significantly impact the safety or accessibility of the museum, cMoe reserves the right to reschedule the event on short notice to the closest available date and time.

Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events due to the costs associated with event preparation. If an event cannot be rescheduled within 120 days, cMoe will provide a full refund of event registration fees.

Museum Rentals: 

Events must be cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to scheduled events.  All cancellations must be emailed to: [email protected]. Cancellations shall be deemed delivered upon their receipt by cMoe. If the event is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event, the Lessee’s deposit will be refunded in full.  If cancellation is made within the 30 days of the event, the Lessee forfeits the entire deposit.
