Director of Development
The pandemic has been a challenge, but the Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe) is taking steps to rebuild upon on our past successes and refocus our work to ensure we meet community needs. We seek a resilient and motivated development professional with a strategic mind, a passion for results and the experience to successfully lead and execute a fundraising plan that will help the Museum recover, rebuild, and sustain.
Salary Range: $35,000-$40,000, commensurate with experience
Basic Function: The Director of Development provides leadership and management to advance the fundraising efforts of the Museum. By building on the Museum’s past and current successes, they will lead the development program, prioritize our development practices, leverage existing partnerships, and cultivate new relationships to achieve our contribution and strategic goals.

Play Guide (Museum Floor Staff)
Play Guides deliver an exceptional guest experience by welcoming and interacting with guests in the public spaces of the Museum and maintaining clean and beautiful exhibits.
Schedule: Part-time, 16-20 hours/week; weekends included
Pay: $9.00 per hour
Basic Function: Play Guides are responsible for working as a team to support open-ended, child-directed play experiences within the Museum’s public spaces. Also responsible for providing all front-of-house functions (ticket and merchandise sales, restocking, information to guests, etc.), membership solicitation and fulfillment of the Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville’s mission.
