Education Outreach Coordinator

Schedule: Varied (as Scheduled)

Basic Function: The Education Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing educational outreach programs that extend the museum’s mission into the community. This role focuses on creating meaningful learning experiences for children, families, and educators outside the museum’s walls, fostering partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

Maintenance & Facilities Lead

First/Mid-level Manager

Schedule: 7:00am – 4:00pm (Primarily M-F) (Possible Nights/Weekends)

Basic Function: The Maintenance & Facilities Lead is responsible for managerial oversight of the maintenance and overall care of the museum facilities, exhibits, grounds, and for the operation of all Children’s Museum building systems.

Play Guide

Entry Level

Schedule: Part-time, 16-20 hours/week; weekends included

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Basic Function: Play Guides are responsible for working as a team to support open-ended, child-directed play experiences within the Museum’s public spaces.

Guest Services Attendant

Entry Level

1 Full-time and 2 Part-time positions available.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, weekends and some evenings included
                   Part-time, 16-20 hours/week; weekends and some evenings included

Pay: $12.50 per hour

Basic Function: Guest Services Attendants are responsible for promoting the Museum’s mission by providing quality visitor experience to children and their caregivers through ticket and membership sales, merchandise sales, maintaining a professional environment throughout the lobby.
