cmoe closed to public

The Louis J. Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville considers the health and safety of the children and families that visit the museum as well as staff our top priority. Under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Vanderburgh County Health Department, cMoe will be CLOSED effective March 14, 2020 through April 2020.

This includes all cMoe programs, multi-venue spring break camp “Destination Discovery”, field trips, birthday parties, and facility rentals.

Individuals and organizations with reservations effected by this closure please call (812) 464-2663 ext. 230 for all rescheduling/refund inquiries.

The museum will continue to monitor and assess the situation closely and will communicate any and/or all changes as we are made aware. During this time, the museum will be working around the clock to ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in preparation of returning to normal operations.

While there have been no presumptive or confirmed cases of Coronavirus on our premises, we’ve made this decision out of caution and out of our commitment to protect guests, staff, volunteers, and the community at large whose safety and well-being remain our top priorities. By suspending operations, we hope not only to protect our own community but to do our part in mitigating the spread of COVID-19 within the larger tristate area.

We thank you for your understanding and look forward to playing with you all soon!
