August 27-31: MONDRIAN/Fibonacci ART—Learn a little bit about art and math by making a colorful, spiraling design.

August 20-24: NEWSPAPER SHOES—Using only tape and newspaper, we’ll be challenging ourselves to make a functional pair of shoes.

August 13-17: MINI HOVERCRAFT —With a few simple supplies and the power of SCIENCE, we’ll be making a device that floats across the floor.

August 6-10: POPSICLE STICK KAZOOS—Experience the joy of making your own music with these simple, easy to build instruments.

August 27-31: STORY TIME–ROSIE REVERE: ENGINEER—Join us for a story about a little girl with a big imagination, and how she uses it to create all kinds of wonderful inventions.

August 20-24: NUMBER MATCHING CUPS—Challenge your little one’s knowledge of numbers and matching with our easy-to-play game!

August 13-17: CMOE Dough Color Mixing—Learn all about one of the most fundamental parts of art as we learn about colors and what happens when we mix them up.

August 6-10: DENSITY JAR EXPERIMENT—Can you float one liquid on top of another?  Check out our experiment to learn about density and how it affects the world around us.

Beginning June 2019, individual cMoe volunteers will be required to attend at least one (1) volunteer orientation. Volunteer orientations will take place every other month at the museum and registration is required. We strongly discourage “drop-ins”.
